Seal A Driveway How to make money
100% jobs first, then capacity, length, Bantam Dart, AFK Yard, and dailies.
Cash in Seal A Driveway comes from coverage, not from looking busy. Finish 100 percent jobs, spend the cheque on the upgrades that shorten the next job, and treat VIP, 2x cash, the AFK Yard, and dailies as multipliers on a loop that already works. This page is the shop plan. Technique lives in how to seal. Timing for the reset lives in Rebirth.
If you cannot cash a neighbourhood driveway at 100 percent yet, stop shopping and go back to Getting Started. A bigger truck will not hide missed patches.
Upgrade order that actually pays
Buy in this spirit, not as a rigid ladder you never break:
- Bucket capacity. Fewer refill walks. Public runs have shown buckets around 164 L once the shop is rolling — treat that as proof capacity scales hard, not as tonight’s homework.
- Squeegee length. Wider pulls, fewer zippers, faster field coats. Length is the upgrade you feel on every lot.
- Refill speed. Capacity without refill speed still parks you at the barrel. Speed without capacity still sends you back too often.
- Pour speed. Helps tiny pours stay tiny instead of turning into accidental dumps while you hold the button.
- Walk speed. Last among the five, because sprinting into dry corners just prints 85 percent jobs faster.
The five stats are bucket capacity, pour speed, refill speed, squeegee length, and walk speed. Full rankings sit on upgrades and the Tier List hub. Revisit the list after each truck so you do not stack walk speed on a stubby blade.
Trucks: Dart first, not Cistern Heavy
Starter loop: coat on foot until lots feel slow, then buy the Bantam Dart and the truck squeegee attachment in the same trip if you can. The Dart without a blade is a commute. After that, Kerbline 160, Longline 280, and Cistern Heavy stretch tank and reach. Cyber Seal is a faster Cybertruck-like sealer — strong on bulk film, easy to overshoot on edges. Compare them on trucks once the Dart is earning.
Do not skip the Dart to “save for Cistern Heavy” while you still walk a short squeegee across neighbourhood aprons. Time is money. A mid truck that finishes 100 percent jobs beats a dream rig you never buy.
VIP premium jobs and shop 2x cash
The shop sells 2x cash and VIP access to premium jobs. Official Robux tags for those and the rest of the catalog — Instant Refill, Auto Pour, Permanent Starter Rig, Permanent Cyberseal — are on game passes. Both 2x and VIP are optional. They multiply finished coverage. They do not fill missed patches. If you buy them:
- Use them on 100 percent lots, not on 85 percent turn-ins.
- Pair them with a planned Rebirth so the bonus hits the next full neighbourhood clear.
- Do not skip the Bantam Dart because VIP “will carry” foot jobs forever.
If you skip Robux, you still earn. Capacity, length, and 100 percent habits are the free path. Districts is where larger Estate District and Megamart lots make those upgrades look cheap.
AFK Yard is a park, not a career
When you leave the keyboard, park in the AFK Yard. Standing on a half-sealed driveway helps nobody and can leave a messy lot in a shared eight-player neighbourhood. The Yard keeps a trickle coming while you are away. It will not out-earn a focused sealing session, and it will not Rebirth for you.
Park, walk away, come back, refill, and coat. Controls covers how to mount, dismount, and park without dumping sealer on the stall. If an auto farm promises Yard-plus-jobs, read script safety and the Scripts hub before you touch it.
Dailies versus codes (zero confirmed)
Daily rewards are a login board. Claim them at the start of a session so the cash can buy a capacity tick before you coat. Track the board on daily rewards.
Promo codes are a different box. As of this writing there are zero confirmed codes. Do not paste random strings from comment sections. Bookmark Codes and learn how to redeem so a real drop takes seconds. Codes, if they appear, should feed the upgrade dump, not replace jobs.
Quests are the third cash drip. Finish ones that already match the lot you are standing on. Do not drive across the map for a tiny cheque while a 100 percent driveway is half done. Players and leaderboards (Top Earners, Most Rebirths, Most Jobs) show who is converting time into cash — copy their coverage, not their skip-Rebirth panic.
A session spending plan
- Claim dailies and ready quests.
- Finish at least one 100 percent job before opening the shop.
- Buy capacity or length if either is cheap relative to your wallet.
- Save for Bantam Dart plus attachment, then later trucks.
- Dump leftover cash before Rebirth.
- Park in the AFK Yard when you quit.
Studio cadence lives on Updates, patch notes, the First Update page, official links, and Trello. Prices can move. Coverage math does not. If the meter is not 100, the shop cannot save the job.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Seal A Driveway jobs, rebirth, and trucks.
What should I buy first?
Bucket capacity and squeegee length, then refill speed. Walk speed waits. Details sit on upgrades.
Is VIP required to earn well?
No. VIP premium jobs and 2x cash speed up finished lots. 100 percent coverage still pays without them.
Does the AFK Yard replace sealing?
No. It is a park for when you leave. Active 100 percent jobs earn more. See controls for parking.
Are there working promo codes?
None are confirmed. Use daily rewards now, and keep Codes plus how to redeem ready.
When do I buy the Bantam Dart?
When neighbourhood jobs feel slow and you can fit the truck squeegee attachment. Later rigs are on trucks.
Should I save cash for Rebirth?
Save enough for the next useful upgrade, then dump the rest before you Rebirth. Rebirth explains the reset.
